For every member paying union fees, there is a non-member enjoying union-won pay rises and employment conditions.

The most common reason given for not joining is "I have not been asked to join".

Invite the person next to you to join. When new employees come on the job, whether permanent or casual, full-time or part-time, invite them to join YOUR union, the UNSW General Staff Union.
